Herbal Poultice Massage is a deep heat medicinal muscle treatment.  A warm herbal compress filled with organic herbs is steamed and applied directly to the body with a variety of specialized techniques.  The heat combined with the herbs are absorbed by the body and help to reduce aches and pains, increase lymphatic drainage and also conditions the skin.  This technique is performed by Anastacia.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  It is administered by laying on hands to the body on general locations as well as specifically for areas of concern.  Rieki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy.  It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body. Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.  This technique is performed by Anastacia.

This session incorporates both  a deep tissue massage and reiki over the course of 90 minutes.
